Ladies, you are invited to participate in a training session from 6pm to 7:15pm with senior cycling ladies who will lead the session.
Once the cycling competency session is completed, the event will move to a sportive event starting at 7:30pm.
Ladies will be able to cycle at their 'own' pace for up to an hour and then at the 60 minute mark the bell will ring for the bell lap and which time all ladies left will be able to cycle for a 'finishing' position.
ALL Ladies will receive a finishers medal regardless of how many laps
ALL Ladies will receive a downloadable certificate showing how many laps they have completed and a ranking.
