His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, congratulated Ethara, the leading national company and organiser of the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi, on achieving a double milestone: being named Best Formula 1 Race Promoter of 2025 and recording the highest number of international visitors to Abu Dhabi in the event’s history.
His Highness affirmed that this success reflects the sustained professionalism in delivering a fully integrated, world-class experience, including the development of the hospitality ecosystem, the strengthening of sustainability initiatives, and the enhancement of the entertainment programme in line with the highest international standards. He noted that such achievements further cement Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading global sports destination and a benchmark in hosting major international events.
