Strategic Partnership Between Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Al Ain Water (Agthia Group)

The Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Al Ain Water, part of Agthia Group, have announced the signing of a strategic sponsorship agreement to support and promote sports events and initiatives organized by the Council across Abu Dhabi from 2025 to 2029.
The agreement was signed by H.E. Aref Hamad Al Awani, General Secretary of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and Mr. Salmeen Al Ameri, Managing Director & CEO of Agthia Group, in the presence of representatives from both parties.
Under this partnership, Al Ain Water will provide its products to a wide range of sporting events, from community activities to international competitions. The agreement also grants Al Ain Water extensive promotional rights, including logo placement on advertising and promotional materials, as well as the opportunity to engage directly with fans through interactive spaces at event venues.
This agreement underscores Al Ain Water’s commitment to supporting sports and community well-being in the UAE while reinforcing its position as a leading brand in the bottled water industry.
Commenting on the partnership, H.E. Aref Hamad Al Awani highlighted that the agreement would provide vital support for the Council’s diverse sporting events, further strengthening Abu Dhabi’s standing as a premier sports destination at both local and international levels. He emphasized that the collaboration with Al Ain Water reflects the Council’s dedication to delivering the highest quality sporting experiences for participants and spectators, expressing confidence that the partnership will help achieve the shared goals of both parties.
